Bijay Gurung is a second year Ph.D. student in Wang lab. He completed his undergraduate degree in Biotechnology from Purbanchal University and then completed his master’s in plant biology from Ohio University. Bijay’s research in Dr. Wang’s lab is involved in understanding the role of probiotics for preventing the Clostridium difficile infection, and mechanisms under antibiotics resistance of C. difficile.
