Ohio Space Grant Consortium Scholar and Undergraduate Research Assistant Kavanaugh Frank

Kavanaugh Frank is currently a 3rd-year student at Ohio University studying Computer Science with a certificate in Business Cybersecurity Management. He started working as a research assistant in the Avionics Engineering Center in his second semester at Ohio University, under Dr. Mourning, writing a user documentation manual for the Ohio University Glideslope (OUGS) modeling software. After finishing the user manual, Kavanaugh began working on unit testing for OUGS. While working on unit testing, he was encouraged to apply for the OSGC scholarship to begin working on this project, which works to improve the usability and safety of OUGS.
